Nutritional Therapy is a personalised, evidence-informed approach that uses nutrition and lifestyle factors to support health and wellbeing. Rather than looking at a single symptom in isolation, it considers how different aspects of health may be connected, including diet, digestion, sleep, stress, movement, environment and medical history.
Everyone is unique, so recommendations are tailored to the individual rather than based on a one-size-fits-all approach. The aim is to identify practical, sustainable changes that support your health and help you work towards your goals.
Nutritional Therapy can be used by people looking to optimise their wellbeing, as well as those experiencing ongoing health concerns who would like support alongside their existing healthcare.

If you decide to move forward, you will be invited to purchase a programme. Once payment has been received, you will receive a health questionnaire, food diary and consent forms to complete, along with a link to book your initial consultation.
During the initial consultation, we will explore your health history, symptoms and goals before creating a personalised plan tailored to your needs. Your programme will include follow-up consultations to review your progress, provide support and make adjustments where needed.

Nutritional Therapy is grounded in nutritional science and draws upon the latest available research. Recommendations are then tailored to you as we take into account factors such as your health history, lifestyle, preferences and goals.
As a BANT and CNHC registered Nutritional Therapist, I am committed to working within a professional framework that emphasises evidence-informed practice, ongoing professional development and client-centred care.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) and am a registered member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
These registrations require adherence to professional standards, a code of ethics and ongoing continuing professional development (CPD), helping to ensure that clients receive safe, evidence-informed support.

While all three professions focus on nutrition and health, our training and areas of practice differ.
Dietitians are regulated healthcare professionals who are qualified to work within the NHS, private practice and other healthcare settings. They often support individuals with diagnosed medical conditions and can provide medical nutrition therapy.
Nutritionists typically focus on nutrition education, public health, research or workplace wellbeing. The title "nutritionist" is not legally protected in the UK, although many qualified practitioners choose to register with professional bodies such as the Association for Nutrition (AfN).
Nutritional Therapists are trained to take a personalised approach, considering factors such as diet, lifestyle, health history and individual goals when making recommendations. Nutritional Therapy is often used alongside conventional healthcare to support overall health and wellbeing.
If you are unsure which type of practitioner is right for you, a Discovery Call can help determine whether my approach is a good fit for your needs.

Not necessarily. My primary focus is always on food and lifestyle foundations, and recommendations will be tailored to your individual needs and circumstances. Where appropriate, I may recommend supplements or functional testing to help provide additional information or support your health goals. Any recommendations will be discussed with you so that you can make an informed decision. There is never any obligation to purchase supplements or undertake testing.
