Terms & Conditions

Services

Dot to Dot Nutrition provides personalised nutritional therapy and lifestyle support with the aim of supporting overall health and wellbeing through evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. Nutritional therapy is complementary to medical care and is not intended to replace diagnosis, treatment or advice provided by your general practitioner (GP) or other healthcare professionals. Clients are advised to continue any prescribed medications unless otherwise directed by their general practitioner.

Programmes & Consultations

All programmes begin with a discovery call before proceeding to a paid programme. Prior to the initial consultation, clients will be asked to complete a detailed health questionnaire, provide a 3-day food and lifestyle diary, and share any relevant medical information or recent test results where appropriate. Recommendations are tailored to the individual and may include nutrition, lifestyle, supplement and/or functional testing recommendations where appropriate.

Clients under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Programme Timeframes

Programmes are designed to be completed within the agreed timeframe and include monthly consultations as outlined within the selected package. It is the client’s responsibility to book and attend consultations within the programme period. Failure to do so may affect progress and continuity of support. Extensions to programme timeframes are not guaranteed and remain at the discretion of Dot to Dot Nutrition.

Supplements & Functional Testing

During your programme, private functional testing and/or supplements may be recommended where appropriate to help support your health goals and provide additional insight into possible contributing factors to your symptoms. The cost of supplements and testing is not included within programme pricing and will be charged separately. Functional tests are ordered through Dot to Dot Nutrition and invoiced to the client at the recommended retail price (RRP) with immediate payment terms. A small amount of commission may be included within the total cost to cover the time required for research, interpretation of results and report writing. Similarly, supplements may either be ordered directly through Dot to Dot Nutrition or purchased using a practitioner discount code where available. A small amount of commission may be received on supplement purchases to cover the time required to research suitability, review contraindications and assess potential interactions. Supplements and testing recommendations are entirely optional and will only be discussed where considered relevant to the individual. Clients are responsible for disclosing all current medications, supplements, diagnosed health conditions and relevant medical history. Dot to Dot Nutrition accepts no responsibility for any reactions, contraindications or interactions resulting from incomplete or undisclosed information. Any supplements recommended as part of your programme are intended solely for the individual client and should not be shared with friends or family members. Supplement recommendations are reviewed approximately every 4 weeks during consultations. Dot to Dot Nutrition accepts no responsibility for supplements continued independently outside of practitioner guidance or after the conclusion of the programme.

Payment Terms

Programmes must be paid either in full or via an agreed monthly payment plan before booking a consultation. All consultations must be paid for at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. If payment has not been received within this timeframe, the consultation may be cancelled or postponed until payment is made.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before an appointment are eligible for either a full refund or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment are non-refundable.

Programme Refunds

Refunds are not available for programmes where consultations, recommendations or follow-up support have already been provided. If a programme is cancelled before follow-up consultations have taken place, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of Dot to Dot Nutrition.

Support Between Consultations

Support between consultations is intended for brief questions relating to your programme and recommendations. Responses are typically provided within 1–2 working days. Response times may occasionally be longer during annual leave or unforeseen circumstances.

Consultation Recordings

Consultations may not be recorded, copied or shared in any format without prior written permission from Dot to Dot Nutrition. Detailed notes and written recommendations will be provided following consultations where appropriate.
